Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If prepaid orders are cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

ChefWish reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Pricing errors

• Stock unavailability

• Suspected fraudulent activity
